Shosh has over 18 years of experience in Financial Services, with the majority of her career spent in total rewards, focusing on compensation and pay practices. Shosh has also worked in other areas of HR including Campus and IT Recruitment, Organization Design and Job Evaluation. Shosh joined TD Bank Group in 2009 and she now a Vice President in Human Resources leading the Compensation Advisory, Incentive Governance, Global Recognition and HR Mergers & Acquisitions teams.
On a personal level, Shosh spent most of her childhood following her passion for theatre, music and dance and she continues to be energized by the arts into her adulthood. She has a young family of 3 children who keep her and her husband busy. She also has a love for travelling to different countries and immersing herself in different cultures.
