Rethinking Diversity and Inclusion at Work

Rethinking Diversity and Inclusion at Work

The most successful companies are those where all employees thrive, not just a select few. In order to build a culture that is truly inclusive of all employees, companies must rethink diversity and inclusion.

Organisations need to look at more than just racial diversity and broaden D&I efforts beyond recruiting. How do you incorporate D&I into all aspects of the employee experience?

Hear from our panel of experts on Wednesday, August 26th, at 2pm EDT as they share research, insights, and best practices to build an inclusive culture.

Join us to:

  • Find out what’s missing in most organisations’ D&I initiatives
  • Get practical tips for incorporating inclusion into all parts of the employee experience
  • Learn how to improve your training, mentorship, and other D&I efforts

For more on creating an inclusive culture for all, check out the 2021 Global Culture Report.
