MOBILE: Users can now manage their privacy settings from their profile, so they can see how their birthday and recognition received information is shared with peers.

We are also adding My Team in mobile so managers can see which of their employees have not been recognized in 30/60/90 days.

The Budget Widget is now available on a user’s home page (this will only appear for users with allocated funds managed by the admin in People Budget).

Finally, we are adding push notifications so users can be alerted when recognition is received or needs to be approved or presented.

TASKS & NOTIFICATIONS: We've enhanced the Notifications page to help managers more quickly approve recognition or schedule presentations to keep recognition flowing.

INITIATIVES: We’ve introduced a search bar so you can easily find the initiatives you’re looking for. In scenarios where recognition can only be received once per individual (for example, recognition for completing a training or attending an event), we’ve adding a new ‘one-time award’ configuration to the award-level setup, to ensure the award is only received once per employee.

NUDGES: We have added a ‘no-receive’ nudge for managers with fewer than 20 direct reports, so they can better understand which of their employees have not received recognition in 30/60/90 days. To activate this nudge, please work with your CS team.

PEOPLE BUDGET WIDGET: We have updated the user experience so all people budget users will have clear visibility into their remaining budget, and managers can have a better understanding of their teams' budgets.

ADMIN TOOLS: We’ve made a significant enhancement to the user interface of the Mobile Activity Dashboard. Eventually, all of our dashboards will receive this facelift and we’ll communicate those changes as available.

A new data filter selection has been added to the Activity Report so that admins can filter recognition based on ‘submitted,’ ‘final,’ ‘approved’ and ‘cancel’ date categories. We have also added a ‘visits export’ capability for claimed data (this capability for unclaimed data will be coming soon).

Budget transfer history: We added new columns to offer admins better insight into where recognition transactions come from and to.

Lastly, we have updated the interface for the Employee Activity Tool so that admins can clearly see information about their employees and what fields they can edit.
