CULTURE INTELLIGENCE - AI RECOGNITION COACH
Recognition Coach is a gen-AI tool that delivers in-the-moment micro coaching to improve how employees communicate with and recognize one another. Our AI model has been curated by the O.C. Tanner Institute’s data-science experts, who conducted a sample analysis of 100 million+ recognition moments. This analysis, informed by our proven best practices, picks up on subtleties in recognition messages and delivers real-time improvement suggestions.

Recognition Coach focuses on 9 scientifically proven aspects of effective employee recognition. This not only elevates inclusion and reduces bias, but also increases the sincerity, meaningfulness, and specificity of employee recognition.

Our research shows that effective employee recognition impacts many aspects of workplace culture, including resilience, accountability, and teamwork. Recognition Coach helps you tap into each one. An in-app guide will be available to help Admins and employees get the most out of Culture Intelligence - AI Recognition Coach.

GROUP POINT DEPOSITS
We’ve updated the search functionality on the Group Deposits summary page. Admins can now easily search and find previously created Group Deposits to view the details. Additionally, on the Group Deposits creation page, we’ve added the “preview recipient email” so admins can view the email that recipients will receive.

ADMIN HOME - JOB TRANSITIONS DASHBOARD
The Job Transitions Dashboard allows admins to track employee transitions and how much recognition is happening within related groups. This gives valuable insight into a crucial moment within the employee experience, so admins can make sure people with new roles, teams, or responsibilities are being recognized early and often.

ENHANCED SOCIAL FEED
We’ve improved card designs so the recognition giver and recipient are more easily identified. Giver names are now clickable, and it is easier to distinguish the giver and recipient on recognition in the social feed.

ADMIN - BUDGET WIDGET
A new widget on the Culture Cloud home page provides admins with a quick and more accessible view of budget-related data. This widget displays a dashboard with key metrics such as total budget, amount spent and received, and remaining balance in a simplified and visual format. The widget serves as a single access point, eliminating the need for admins to search or navigate through multiple screens.

MY TEAM - IMPROVED LEADER REPORTING
Culture Cloud now has intuitive and deeper data visualizations for leaders to better understand and re-enforce recognition experiences for their teams. The Connections tab shows a visualization for the recognition count between departments or teams (i.e. business units). The Values tab shows the count of recognition received with a chosen company value over the last 3 months, 3 quarters, and 3 years. A downline option is available for mid-level or senior leaders. The Health tab gives managers a quick, actionable view of who on the team hasn’t received any recognition in a 30-day window. The Spotlight tab shows the reasons the immediate team has been recognized.

CULTURE INTELLIGENCE - IMPROVED LEADER COMMUNICATION
Leader engagement, including giving activity, significantly increases when they receive this digest email. This leader email shows up to 3 team members who have gone the longest without recognition and will directly link to the Health tab in My Team for the leader to take action in Culture Cloud.

ENHANCED MICROSOFT TEAMS INTEGRATION
New Chatbot integration allows users to access the Culture Cloud Give flow experience in MS Teams. Instructions for recognition activities also occur in Teams.
