STORE - ECO-FRIENDLY AWARDS
We’ve added a visual indicator to the store listing and detail pages so employees can find eco-friendly items made from recycled and sustainable materials.
GIVE FLOW
To improve the recognition give flow for all users, we’ve redesigned the experience and added enhanced GIF support for eCards. This support is research-based and increases adoption and give rates.
MOBILE
Leaders can now change award levels within the mobile app, and all users can view award details for Group Point Deposits within the apps.
MY TEAM
We’ve redesigned the Export tab with a streamlined UX that requires fewer clicks and delivers faster performance to generate reports showing team recognition activity. To improve error handling, we’ve added a clear indication where to get the report with labeling for the entire downline. To make it easier for leaders to see their team’s recognition story and get better insight, we’ve updated the downline file by reordering the data fields. New “team connection”, “corporate value”, and “employee ID” fields allow managers to understand the context of the recognition and filter data easily.
A new Downline tab enables senior leaders to see a snapshot of recognition sent or received by their team members. Based on research by the O.C. Tanner Institute, percentages are set to turn green when at least 50% or more of their team is recognized.
ADMIN HOME - EMPLOYEE ACTIVITY TOOL
To make it easier to search for recognition, we’ve updated the filter options on the Recognition History, Approvals, and Presentations tabs in the Employee Activity Tool.
GROUP POINT DEPOSITS
We’ve updated recipient emails so if no points are included, the message will focus on the celebration and appreciation.
For admins, we’ve:
- Streamlined the upload template
- Changed the employee ID field so it is no longer case-sensitive
- Introduced a choice of validation methods to use either an employee’s email address or
their last name
PLATFORM ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGNS
New banner ads and emails will promote giving and redeeming awards during events like Nurses Week, Employee Appreciation Day, year-end holidays, etc., to help clients promote recognition and increase user participation. Please contact your client success manager for details.
CLIENT-BRANDED PLATFORM COMMUNICATIONS
New content options are available for automated 30, 60, and 90 No Give, No Receive, and Redemption reminders.
NEW GROUP POINT DEPOSITS GUIDE
We are introducing in-platform instructions for Group Point Deposits to use for employee-centric total reward use cases such as holidays, year-end gifting, survey participation rewards, sign-on bonuses, giveaways, project completion bonuses, and more.
HELP CENTER CHAT CAPABILITY
We’ve added in-app chat support for faster responses to award and platform questions. The Help Center also provides a language-enabled user guide with self-help answers to common scenario-based, technical, and system questions for admins, leaders, and end-users.
SUPPORT FOR MULTIPLE STORES AND MULTIPLE BANKS
Admins can now set up multiple stores with unique award selections and points banks— these are particularly useful for wellness and onboarding stores, prestige award stores, contractor stores, etc.
AWARD STORE EXPANSION
We are increasing the number of awards in our global catalogs and introducing new custom-branded apparel options with no inventory commitments for events, awards, and redemption, so clients can order on-trend branded clothing.
GLOBAL CUSTOM AWARD EXPANSION
We are increasing access to Custom Awards with localized production, providing clients with easier ways to navigate customs, duties, tariffs, and taxes. Contact your client success manager to learn more.
