New Gen-AI tool for improved recognition messages
Recognition Coach helps users improve their written messages in Culture Cloud, by providing suggestions based on 9 scientifically proven traits of effective employee recognition. Users can opt in to see AI improvements to their message, and they are encouraged to personalize the suggested language and make it their own. As its name implies, Recognition Coach also coaches users on recognition best practices, which they can apply to future recognition moments.
Our Recognition Coach AI model has been trained using the O.C. Tanner Institute’s analysis of 100 million+ recognition moments. This analysis, informed by our proven best practices, picks up on subtleties in recognition messages and delivers real-time improvement suggestions. Recognition Coach is part of Culture Cloud’s growing suite of Culture Intelligence AI tools.
Positive job transition experiences can increase the odds of fulfillment and job satisfaction
The Job Transitions Dashboard, another tool within our Culture Intelligence suite, allows admins to track employee transitions and how much recognition is happening within related groups. This Dashboard provides valuable insights into the recognition support transitioning employees are receiving at this crucial moment within the employee experience. This helps admins track whether people with new roles, in new teams, or with new responsibilities are being recognized early and often.
My Team’s Reporting provides actionable insights
Culture Cloud’s My Team’s Reporting now includes intuitive and deeper data visualizations to help leaders understand and reinforce powerful recognition experiences for their teams.
- The Connections tab shows the amount of recognition flowing between departments or teams (i.e. business units).
- The Values tab shows recognition received with a chosen company value during the last 3 months, 3 quarters, and 3 years. A downline option is available for mid-level or senior leaders.
- The Health tab gives managers a quick, actionable view of team members who haven’t received recognition in a 30-day window.
- The Spotlight tab shows the reasons team members have been recognized.
