O.C. Tanner strives to deliver the best employee experiences in our industry. We are constantly innovating new ways to recognize and reward great work and improve workplace culture through Culture Cloud. Here are some of our most exciting platform updates for this quarter.

1. New in-platform campaigns to promote workplace appreciation events

Culture Cloud in-platform ads and prompts promote giving recognition during appreciation events like Employee Appreciation Day, World Gratitude Day, year-end holidays, etc., to help clients thank all of their employees during these important occasions. Clients can participate in our quarterly out-of-the-box campaigns or partner with us to create their own customized campaign.

2. Enhanced leader reporting for actionable insights

Our leader dashboards deliver a faster, cleaner, and more informative view of a team’s recognition activity. Improved data filtering options give stronger context to the recognition given and received, enabling managers to quickly gain insights and take action based on the data. Senior leaders can also see a snapshot of recognition given and received by their team members, with helpful percentage prompts so they can take action.

3. Addition of eco-friendly items in the Culture Cloud store to help our planet

We are proud to carry many eco-friendly awards made from recycled and sustainable materials, and have added a visual indicator to our awards pages so employees can easily find them.

Our expert buying team actively maintains a world-class store experience and catalogs eco-friendly items. Our standards include products that:

  • Avoid the use of harmful chemicals
  • Use sustainable or recycled parts
  • Minimize landfill impact
  • Reduce carbon footprint
  • Are manufactured by a Certified B Corporation

4. New logo-branded apparel to strengthen connection and pride in the company

We now have new custom-branded apparel options so clients can order company-branded clothing which helps employees feel a sense of belonging and increases their pride and connection to their organization.

We’ve partnered with top brands like Nike, Carhartt, and Spyder to personalize items for recipients on demand or simply share merchandise as is. With no inventory commitment, we pass budget savings on to our clients.

Logo-branded apparel is available:

  •  For employees to redeem with their recognition points
  •  As part of a service anniversary catalog selection
  • As part of a Swag Box or Select-A-Gift experience for onboarding, company celebrations, high achievement recognition, etc.
