O.C. Tanner LinkedIn Live: The Rise of HR

The cascading crises of the past two years have turned workplace cultures upside down. Through it all, HR practitioners reimagined unique ways of working that kept people safe, gave voice to social challenges, and provided greater opportunities for employees to be seen, heard, and valued. Now, they are on the cusp of leading the largest workplace movement in over a century: the hybrid model. With their degree of influence on the ascent, what does that mean for the future of HR and workplace cultures at large?

Join Meghan Stettler, director at the O.C. Tanner Institute as she leads a conversation on the ‘Rise of HR’ with Mindi Cox, Senior Vice President of People & Great Work at O.C. Tanner and Karen S. Carter, Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Inclusion Officer at Dow.

Join to Learn:

  • How employees’ perceptions of HR have evolved across crisis
  • Why HR practitioners must redefine their role from operations manager to strategic change agent
  • The next big people initiatives of the decade, including the hybrid work model
