Marc Geil leads the culture and employee engagement initiatives at Wahl Clipper, the leading family-owned manufacturer of electric hair clipping, trimming, and grooming products. His long tenure with the organisation has provided him the opportunity to experience the company through many roles. In his current role, he works globally to promote an organisational culture that embraces Wahl’s mission and values through ongoing employee engagement while championing and modeling the Wahl Way Culture.
Marc also leads a training program centered on the values and principles that govern the ideal behaviours which the company holds critical to driving organisation results. At the core of its culture, Wahl recognizes that people make the difference.
