Marc Geil leads the culture and employee engagement initiatives at Wahl Clipper, the leading family-owned manufacturer of electric hair clipping, trimming, and grooming products. His long tenure with the organisation has provided him the opportunity to experience the company through many roles. In his current role, he works globally to promote an organisational culture that embraces Wahl’s mission and values through ongoing employee engagement while championing and modeling the Wahl Way Culture.

Marc also leads a training program centered on the values and principles that govern the ideal behaviours which the company holds critical to driving organisation results. At the core of its culture, Wahl recognizes that people make the difference. Stewardship for employees and their families is fostered through recognition programs at both the organisation and peer-to-peer levels. Tanner Institute. He also curates the perspectives of more than 40,000 leaders and employees, revealing relevant workplace trends for the Institute’s annual Global Culture Report, which is informed by his research in field theory, inter-generational dynamics, and culture change.

His dynamic insights transform the cultures of numerous Fortune 100 and Global 2000 companies as he works to develop targeted culture assessment programs, predictive models, evaluation plans, and listening strategies that help people thrive at work. He finished his doctoral training at the University of Utah and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from American Military University.

Tanner has witnessed unparalleled results, including the reduction of its production lead time of custom, one-of-a-kind products from 26 days to 20 minutes—the same efficiency as mass production. His enterprising principles have been sought-after by numerous Fortune 500 companies, sending him across the globe to assist organisations in generating newfound outcomes for their machines and people.
