As vice president for the O.C. Tanner Institute, Gary’s insights are sought after by multiple Fortune 100 companies, and he has spoken to tens of thousands of business leaders at events throughout his career.

In addition to coauthoring Appreciate: Celebrating People, Inspiring Greatness, Gary frequently features on inc.com, entreprenuer.com, and Forbes. Prior to joining O.C. Tanner, Gary held leadership positions at Frito-Lay, Kellogg’s, and Franklin-Covey. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University as well as a BS in marketing from Brigham Young University.

Ariane Hibo Ezeh

Ariane Hibo Ezeh

With global experience spanning four continents, Ariane brings a rare combination of cultural intelligence and business acumen to her work as a speaker for the O.C. Tanner Institute. As a strategist, she leverages cross-cultural insights to drive exponential business growth and foster ongoing partnerships, enhancing organisational performance for companies such as Google, Louvre Abu Dhabi, Expo City, and Apple.

Fluent in multiple languages, she received a graduate degree from the University of Turin and an undergraduate degree from the University of L’Aquila. She currently serves on the executive board of the African Chamber of Commerce of Utah.

Ryan Jensen

Ryan Jensen

A dedicated speaker with the O.C. Tanner Institute, Ryan Jensen connects with audiences at enterprise organisations to help improve workplace culture. During his past tenure, he has increased access for frontline workers and promoted employee-centric change adoption across multiple industry segments, working with customer success teams and forging strategic partnerships with companies like McDonald’s, Paychex, SWIFT Transportation, Tesla, and SpaceX.

Ryan holds an MBA from the University of Georgia and a BS in business administration from Brigham Young University.

Tanner Institute, Meghan Stettler specialises in knitting together key sentiments and perspectives to identify win-win strategies for workplace cultures throughout the world. An award-winning journalist, consultant, and speaker, Meghan has forged many diplomatic partnerships, interfacing with CEOs, ambassadors, and governors, and broken stories on news outlets like Al Jazeera, PBS SoCal, News 12 New York, and ABC Radio. She is a three-time recipient of HRD Magazine’s Global 100 Leader award, the definitive list of the leading people practitioners.

Meghan received an MA in specialised journalism from the University of Southern California and pursued advanced studies in global affairs through New York University. She was recently named International Person of the Year by World Trade Association of Utah.
